The Custom Imprint Advantage
Screen printing, sometimes referred to as silk screening, is a form of garment printing in which inks are pressed through a screen onto a garment, leaving a layer of ink on top of the fabric. Screen printing is the most established and widely-used form of garment printing available.
During the printing process, a set of screens (one for each color being printed) rotates around a press in a carousel motion and takes turns being pressed onto each garment.

Simulated Process
An advanced method of screen printing that incorporates various shades, tones and details in an image without using the traditional spot color; similar to 4-color process.
Poly-Mesh
This process is perfect for athletic, moisture wicking, and other polyester garments. This specific ink offers a flexible, lightweight finish while preventing dye migration.
Discharge or Waterbase
This interesting process washes out the existing dye of the garment and replacing it with waterbased inks, leaving a soft and smoot finish.
Puff Ink
This ink has a raised texture, it puffs up when it's all said and done.
Foil
Foil is actually not an ink, but we print a base layer of ink and follow with adhering the foil seamlessly to the garment.
