How do I request a quote?
You can request a quote in a number of different ways. You may call or email our customer service team to receive a quote. You can also obtain a screen printing quote via this link (https://www.custom-imprint.net/screen-printing-quote.html) and an embroidery quote via this link (https://www.custom-imprint.net/embroidery-quote.html).
WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?
We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-5:00PM CST.
Do you offer rush services?
We work hard to accommodate each and every order. We offer rush services upon request. Rush services are subject to availability.
If i place a reorder, do I have to submit all of my art again?
Not at all! If your order is an exact reorder, the only thing we will need from you is a reference to your previous order.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our screen printing minimum is just 12 pieces and we have no embroidery minimums.
Will Custom Imprint check our order to be sure it was filled correctly by the supplier?
We check every single order for color, size, quantity and defects from the manufacturer.
Do you sell direct to consumers?
We only sell to distributors. Custom Imprint prides itself in being your decorated apparel partner and not your competition.
Will I receive an order confirmation when placing an order?
After each order is put into our system, you will receive an order confirmation for your approval.
Can I order blank garments through custom imprint?
You certainly can. We have established relationships with all of the major blank apparel vendors including alphabroder, Bodek and Rhodes, SanMar, OneStop, Heritage Sportswear, S&S Activewear and many more.
Can I come pick up my order?
Yes you can. We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-5:00PM CST.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled up until the order is printed. Cancelled orders are subject to fees based on the services rendered throughout the order process including setup fees, art time and restocking fees for ordered apparel.
What is your garment spoilage rate?
Our garment spoilage rate is at an industry standard of 3% or 1 garment, whichever is greater. (We run way below that).
Do you send art proofs prior to running jobs?
All new jobs are run once a proof has been sent and approved. We won't print a single garment without written proof approval.
DO YOU OFFER FINISHING SERVICES SUCH AS POLYBAGGING, RELABELING, RETAIL FOLDING AND HANG-TAGS?
Yes we have many options to choose from including individual polybagging, size sticker labeling, individual retail folding, hang-tags, sewn-in tags and more.
DO YOU OFFER DIRECT-TO-GARMENT (DTG) PRINTING?
Unfortunately we do not offer direct-to-garment (DTG) printing at this time.
I NEED HELP WITH MY ARTWORK, DO YOU HAVE A GRAPHICS DEPARTMENT?
Yes, we have a full service art department with a wealth of industry experience.
What are your payment terms?
Custom Imprint accepts Check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, and offers net terms once credit has been established.
DO YOU OFFER ANY SPECIALTY INKS SUCH AS FOIL, METALLIC, GLOW, NEONS?
We offer an array of specialty inks including foil, metallic, glow, neons, glitter, puff, gels, waterbase, discharge and more!
WHAT FILE FORMAT SHOULD I SUBMIT MY DESIGN IN?
Art files must be at least 300dpi at final print size. Acceptable file types include (.EPS / .PSD / .AI / .TIF / .PDF / .SVG). If you have a question about your art please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
DO YOU OFFER DISCHARGE OR WATERBASE PRINTING?
Yes, we offer discharge and waterbase printing on 100% cotton garments.
CAN YOU PRINT OVER SEAMS?
Because of the print-quality compromise when printing plastisol inks over seams, we do not offer over-the-seam printing.
DO YOU OFFER ALL-OVER PRINTS?
We don’t offer all-over prints at this time, but we do offer a jumbo print with a maximum print dimension of 19.5” x 22”.
WHAT IS YOUR MAXIMUM PRINT COLOR CAPABILITY?
Our screen printing color maximum is 8 on dark garments and 10 on light garments.
CAN YOU MATCH A PANTONE COLOR?
Yes, we use a state-of-the-art color mixing system to match our ink colors to your exact specifications.
WHAT IS YOUR MAXIMUM IMPRINT SIZE?
Our maximum imprint size is 19.5” x 22”.
I HAVE A VERY LARGE ORDER (5,000+ PIECES), CAN YOU PRODUCE IT?
From 100 pieces to 50,000 pieces, we can handle orders of any size. For large order inquiries please email us at email@example.com.
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN EMBROIDERY TAPE?
Yes, you can provide your own embroidery files. We accept files in .dst or .exp file formats.
DO YOU EMBROIDER PATCHES?
Unfortunately we do not embroider or apply patches at this time.
WHAT IS YOUR EMBROIDERY TURN-AROUND TIME?
Our current embroidery turn-around time is 5-7 days after art approval. **All turn-around times are subject to change and availability.
DO YOU OFFER 3D FOAM OR PUFF EMBROIDERY?
Yes, we offer 3D foam, puff and high density embroidery.
CAN I COMBINE CAPS WITH APPAREL FOR MY EMBROIDERY ORDER TO REACH THE NEXT QUANTITY PRICING BREAK?
Unfortunately, you cannot combine orders for apparel (tees, polos, jackets, etc) with cap embroidery, since each style requires a different setup. When we digitize the embroidery file(s), there is a specific setup to hats that do not apply to flat apparel goods. Each embroidery serve as their own orders.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer all of the services available from UPS and FedEx along with LTL freight options.
DO YOU OFFER BLIND SHIPPING?
Yes, blind shipping is available upon request.
CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
International shipping options are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
CAN YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX?
Unfortunately we do not offer shipping options to PO Boxes.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED? WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
We send tracking information along with the invoice as soon as your order is complete.
I HAVE MY OWN UPS/FEDEX ACCOUNT, CAN I USE MY OWN ACCOUNT FOR SHIPMENTS?
Unfortunately we don’t offer third-party shipping services at this time.
